COVID19: Kenya’s tally rises to 11,673 after 421 test positive

Coronavirus caseload in the country reached 11,673 after the Health CS Mutahi Kagwe announced 421 additional cases from a 3,895 sample size.

Speaking in Nakuru, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe announced 570 patients had recovered. He said 512 of the new Covid-19 survivors were on home-based care and 58 were in hospitals across the country. As a result, recoveries stand at 3,638

Unfortunately, 8 more patients succumbed to the virus raising number of fatalities to 217.
