Video: President Museveni crosses the Gatuna border post on his way to Kigali for Commonwealth

The President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni has just crossed the Gatuna One-Stop Border Post into Rwanda to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting.

President Museveni is traveling by road from Gatuna to Kigali.
