KeNHA announces 12-hour closure of Lang’ata road

The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced that a section of Lang’ata Road will be closed off to motorists to allow for construction of the T-Mall River Footbridge.

The road closure, KeNHA says, will be effected on Sunday September 25, 2022 from 5am to 5pm, and will affect only the service lane between T-Mall Roundabout and Madaraka Roundabout.

Traffic disruptions will be experienced at the Nyayo bound service lane between T-mall and Madaraka roundabout.

The installation of the footbridge is to ensure a continuous pedestrian walkway.

Kenha advised motorists to follow the proposed traffic management plan and cooperate with the police and traffic marshal on site.
