Does DP Ruto receive intelligence reports?~Dr Matsanga

Ladies and gentlemen, a few months ago, I wrote this about DP Ruto’s claims that he receives intelligence briefings after President Uhuru Kenyatta. This article was written on 05/03/2022, truth has finally come out. William Ruto now claims that for 3 Years he has been in darkness as far as intelligence briefings are concerned. 👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿

It’s unethical, crooked and unconscionable for William Ruto to lay vague claims that he receives intelligence briefings when cobwebs have engulfed his Harambee House Annex Office, where does he get this information? Such a shameless pathological liar.

On one side of his mouth he claims his roles were taken and handed over to CS Fred Matiang’i, while on the other he reiterates that he is a duly Deputy President Of The Republic Of Kenya. Who is fooling who? He should cut us some slack.

Desperation and paroxysm has led William Ruto to throw tantrums and unsubstantiated lies like a chatterbox, he has seen the insurmountable defeat beckoning with his two eyes.

Between PS Karanja Kibicho and William Ruto, who gets first-hand intelligence first? Who works with the Police and other Security Agencies first-hand? Whose intelligence should we believe?

Of course PS Karanja Kibicho’s, and the reason is simple, he gets first-hand Intelligence Reports while William Ruto only gets it as a third party through briefing, furthermore it has been more than 4 Years since he last sat in such a committee.

Unless William Ruto is trying to tell us that he established a parallel center of power inside Government, and hence can receive Intelligence Reports from unofficial channels.

Otherwise, there’s no difference between Ruto’s shallow allegations and Dennis Itumbi’s fabricated HNIBonoko.
